Like almost every website, our web server records each request: IP address, browser type, time, and the address requested. We use these to keep the site running and to investigate faults.

When you open an article we add one to that article's counter. All that is stored is the article name and a number — no IP address, no cookie, no identifier of any kind. The counter cannot be used to recognise anyone.

If you send the contact form we store your name, email address, phone number (if given), subject and message, and pass them to our own customer-service system.

Nothing you type is ever sent to Google Analytics. Analytics records only that a form was successfully sent — none of its contents.

Chat runs on our own server at chat.piata.co.id. When you open it, the widget stores a guest key in your browser's local storage so your conversation survives a page reload.

Opening the chat may also load an anti-bot check from Cloudflare or hCaptcha.

Chat is a separate service and is not connected to Google Analytics. Your analytics choice neither switches it on nor off.

The contact page can show a map from Google Maps, but it does not load on its own. Until you press “Show Map”, that page sends no request to Google at all.

Once you display it, the map is loaded directly from Google and Google receives your IP address and browser type.

That choice stands alone: it is not stored, and it is not connected to your analytics choice. The directions link on that page works without showing the map.

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful to visitors. It only loads after you press “Accept”. Before that, not one analytics request is sent to Google.

What is sent: the page address, the page title, the referring page, the language you chose, and a few events — WhatsApp button clicks, directions clicks, a contact form that sent successfully, and language changes.

What is never sent: names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, and chat conversations.

Page addresses are cleaned first. Only standard campaign parameters are kept; the per-guest marker our WhatsApp links sometimes carry is removed before anything is sent.

Fonts are served from our own server, so opening this site does not contact Google Fonts.

This site loads no advertising pixels and is connected to no ad network. We do not build a personal profile about visitors either.

You can change or withdraw your analytics consent at any time through “Analytics settings” at the bottom of every page.

The map choice on the contact page is separate from this one, and is asked each time you open that page.
